Providing IT consulting, integration and outsourcing services globally our client needs both midlevel and a senior team lead Support Engineer.
The purpose of the role is to become part of the billing team of the consultancy for Support of financial, Legal and IT driven companies. Your skill set should include:
Minimum Seven Years of consulting and IT services, specifically in the Financials
o BS Degree in CS, IS or similar. o Microsoft and or Cisco Certification o Windows Server 2003 & 2008 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS o Windows XP & Vista Operating Systems & Windows 7 o Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 & 2007 o Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.0 and above o Citrix Xenapp 4.5 and above o Financial systems experience: Bloomberg, OMS Systems, o Routers and Switches o PIX and ASA Firewalls o Servers and Desktop Hardware: HP, Dell, etc o Disaster Recovery Replication Solutions: Doubletake, EMC Replistor, etc o VMware Infrastructure 3 and above o Hosted Mail Solutions: Postini, Global Relay, Messagelabs* o Backup Solutions: Backup Exec and EVault o VPN Troubleshooting o Wireless Networking
Additional technologies supported (Would be a plus to know): o Cisco Unified Communication o SAN: EMC, Netapp o Interwoven DMS o Linux o UNIX
